Elizabeth FoleyArtist and teacher, using art as a catalyst for personal and social transformation.
Hi! I’m Elizabeth, an artist, author and teacher. My main body of work is Finding Wings, ceramic sculptures whose surface texture is created by carving the stories of domestic violence survivors into the clay.
I also teach others to use creativity as a path of healing and empowerment. Whether you’ve always wanted to be creative and never known where to start, or you used to be creative and have been feeling stuck, I can help you overcome creative blocks and make creativity a priority in your life.
“Elizabeth’s sessions were a catalyst to kick start my creativity. Her examples guide us how to limit negative thoughts and focus on positive actions. I always feel like I have accomplished something after finishing one of her examples.”

I’m creating a series of sculptures that celebrate the courage, strength and resilience of survivors of Domestic Violence. The vision for this project is to create a nationally touring gallery show featuring the sculptures that will raise awareness about Domestic Violence and serve as a catalyst for survivor healing.
For as little as $5 a month you can help me make this vision a reality by becoming one of my patrons on Patreon. Patron’s get special perks like exclusive merch and a monthly Intentional Creativity workshop with me.

"I have used Elizabeth's workshop to make three pieces of art in my sketchbook and I feel I've moved up a notch in my painting already. They've helped me to express my feelings during a challenging time."
-Pauline Trew
"Working with Elizabeth has been about letting go of trying to make the art turn out pretty or something to show others. The process of layering on step after step makes my marks and strokes come alive with emotion. I like the permission to be messy."
