Intentional Creativity is a mindful and deliberate approach to creativity that emphasizes the process of creation as much as the end result.

What is A Cosmic Smash Book?
Cosmic Smash Booking is an Intentional Creativity approach to Mixed Media Art Journaling. It is a process that allows individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a visually expressive way.
In Cosmic Smash Booking there are no rules and you can be free to play and explore without the pressure to get it right. You don’t have to do Daily Devotions in a Cosmic Smash Book but you can…and it’s a lot of fun. A video workshop to create your own Cosmic Smash Book is included in Daily Devotions.

How long will it take?
Daily Devotions is designed to help you design a creative practice that works in your life. You get to choose your time commitment. It isn’t about spending hours everyday creating. It’s about developing a habit of creativity. You can weave this in no matter how busy your days are.
Each of the 4 pre-recorded workshops is less than an hour long and our Live Create Together + Group Coaching Sessions are 90 minutes long.
When are the Create Together Co-Working + Group Coaching Sessions?
Create Together + Group Coaching Sessions are happening Thursdays in May at 10am PT | 1pm ET | 7pm CET. These sessions are offered Live on Zoom. We’ll meeting May 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd.
I don’t have art supplies at home. Can I still do it?
Yes! Some simple paper and coloring goodies is enough. Crayons or markers will do just great. Since this is about creating your own creative practice you can use whatever supplies you have. If you choose to make your own Cosmic Smash Book, a list of suggested supplies will be provided.
Now isn’t a good time for me. Can I take this later?
Daily Devotions is designed for you to work at your own speed and start when it makes sense for you. While you will have lifetime access to Daily Devotions the Create Together + Group Coaching Sessions will only be offered May 2024.
I’m not an artist, can I still do this?
Absolutely! Daily Devotions is designed for everyone, regardless of artistic background or skill level. Our program is focused on helping you connect with your creative side and establish a practice that suits your unique style and preferences.

Meet your Guide, Artist Elizabeth Foley
Elizabeth Foley is a painter, poet and creativity coach. She helps women experience the joy of creativity and overcome their creative blocks with online and in person workshops, retreats and one on one coaching.
Elizabeth studied fine art and ceramics at The University of Oregon and is a certified Intentional Creativity® teacher and Cosmic Smash Book Guide. Elizabeth knows what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, tired and uninspired and still show up for her creative practice and is passionate about helping others do the same.
Elizabeth lives in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Asheville, NC with her 13 year old son and 100lb German Shepard. When she isn’t busy creating something you’ll find her foraging for wild mushrooms or singing in community song circles.
